Self-Care Tips!

Wash your skin each day. If you don't take a bath each day, at least wash your face, neck, arms and hands before bedtime each night.


Drink plenty of water each day.
Try to drink a glass of water when you wake up and one with each meal.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, once after breakfast and once before bed.


Eat the rainbow! More colors = More nutrients. Do your best to eat some fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy proteins each day.


Exercise each day!
Run, jump, ride your bike, swim, dance... What is something you enjoy?


Talk it out. Whether you are happy, sad, worried or excited, talking with someone you trust can make your day better.


Get plenty of sleep. Try for 8 hours each night.
